 Trump Defends Musk Amid Tesla Boycotts: 'Why Should He Be Punished?' 🚗 In a fiery post on Truth Social, former President Donald Trump has come to the defense of Elon Musk, calling the ongoing boycotts and protests against Tesla "illegal" and "collusive." Trump announced his support for Musk by pledging to buy a Tesla as a show of confidence. 




He praised Musk for his efforts to help the nation and criticized the "Radical Left Lunatics" for targeting the tech mogul and his company.


Tesla has faced significant challenges, with its stock suffering its steepest drop in nearly five years. Despite this, Musk remains optimistic, thanking supporters and assuring them that the company will be fine in the long term. 


Protests and vandalism have plagued Tesla showrooms and charging stations in multiple states, but Musk's appointment to lead the government's cost-cutting task force has only fueled the controversy.


As Tesla's stock continues to decline, Trump’s vocal support for Musk highlights the deep political divide surrounding the company. With midterm elections approaching, the situation could have far-reaching implications for both Tesla and the broader political landscape.
