A federal judge just tossed out Baldoni’s $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane. The court ruled the defamation and extortion claims didn’t hold up legally, calling it out for what Lively’s team said it was from the start: a sham. And they didn’t stop there—they’re now gunning for attorneys’ fees and damages against Baldoni and his team for launching what they call “abusive litigation.”

Baldoni fired back with lawsuits of his own, even dragging Taylor Swift into it by subpoena—claiming she was involved behind the scenes, something her reps shut down immediately. The judge has now dismissed Baldoni’s case, but gave him until June 23 to refile parts of it. Lively’s camp, meanwhile, is not backing down and seems fully ready to keep swinging in court next March.
