 Shakey’s Pizza Ayala Marikina Review: Still My Go-To Spot! 🍕 So I went back to Shakey’s Pizza at Ayala Marikina, and honestly? Still hits. It's one of those spots I always default to when I can’t think of where to eat, just because I know it’s consistent same flavor, same portions, no surprises. I ordered the Shrimp Aglio Olio this time. It was decent, but not something I’d rave about. Kinda mild for my taste, but I get why some people like it. Now the thin crust Manager’s Choice pizza? That’s the real MVP. I swear I could eat that every day like a snack. It’s crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of salty-savory goodness without being too heavy.



And of course, I had to get the good ol' Bunch of Lunch, Shakey’s classic combo. It came with chicken, mojos, spaghetti, and two slices of pizza. For the price? Super worth it, especially compared to other fast-casual places. The mojos are still as addictive as ever, and the chicken? Juicy and well-seasoned. I feel like this is one of those rare times you actually get your money’s worth without feeling scammed.





Overall, I still love Shakey’s and it’s definitely one of those comfort food chains that just gets it right. Whether you're solo or with barkada, it’s always a solid pick. Not trying too hard, just delivering consistently good food. If you haven’t been in a while, maybe it’s time for a revisit.
