 This Japanese Katsu Place Got Me ADDICTED? Here's What Went Down at Yabu Ayala Feliz 🍛 Okay, real talk. I didn’t expect to be emotionally attached to food today, but here we are. I walked into Yabu: House of Katsu at Ayala Feliz just wanting to try their Mozzarella Katsu Sticks and now I need therapy because I’m obsessed. It’s cheesy, crispy, and dangerously addictive. Like, this isn’t just a snack, it’s a lifestyle. If you’ve never had melted mozzarella wrapped in golden katsu batter, are you even living?




Then came the Tornado Omelette Curry Set. That egg? So soft and silky, it literally melted on my tongue. And the curry? Deep, rich, slightly sweet but packed with warmth. Plus, the chicken katsu underneath was perfectly fried, crispy outside and juicy inside. I’m also not gonna lie, I devoured that refillable cabbage like it was chips. It’s weirdly satisfying and goes perfectly with the whole set.





Last but not least, the Katsu Curry Set. Yabu’s curry is made with 45 ingredients and slow cooked, and I swear, you can taste the effort. Every bite was balanced and comforting. I’m insanely picky with Japanese food, but Yabu really did their homework. Every dish felt premium, but the vibe? Still casual enough to chill with friends or go solo without judgment.
